Here is the personal part.

I am an easy going person and I am usually happy to allow use of my images if you correctly credit me along with the image. Just drop me an email and state which image you wish you use and how you wish to use it.
In most circumstances where the request is for personal websites, art projects, non profit commercial use or charity organisations, permission will be granted once I am happy that the terms in section 3 have been met.
All the images you will find on the web will be low resolution compressed JPEG and not suitable for printing. I hold all original images which will be released for commercial use only upon agreement of the licensing fee.

As most of my images are from music events around the United Kingdom, licensing fee may be waivered under certain circumstances where image use may/will provide publicity to myself as a photographer, my images and hyperxp.com.
For example, where an organiser/owner of an event may wish to use my images on their website to promote further events, use the image on/as a flyer or promotions material, where I am the sole provider of images in both these instances.

I reserve the right to upload my images to a select few online public photo galleries without the graphical copyright notice on the image but containing the digital watermark.
These sites include but are not limited to flickr, picassa, facebook & dontstayin.com

Please Note: Photos taken after 1987 do not require the © Copyright symbol on the photograph to be legally copyrighted, as © Copyright is now automatically given to the photographer unless he has signed a special work for hire contract that states the photographer retains no rights to the photographs.
