THEMED SHOOTS : If you require a themed shoot, this must be disclosed before a price is given. Due to the extra setup involved with makeup, props, costumes and locations you will need to be prepared to organise any cost for this if required. You can actually do a lot with very little and some imagination as you will see in my galleries. I can of course aid in finding a suitable location for such a shoot or a studio if required.

PROMOTERS & EVENT ORGANISERS

My typical rate for nightclub and dance photography is £40 for 2 hours shooting and a minimum of 100 good photos to return to you.
These images are returned to you fully edited, unwatermarked and in hi-res for you to use for your own promotional needs.
Use beyond these agreed terms has additional conditions that apply. Please email me if you have questions.
You will need to give me at least 10 days notice before your event.
Travel costs may be required if the event is outside my usual working area of South Wales (including the valleys areas) & Bristol area.
Entry for myself and a guest will usually be requested.
I have a 2 hour limit to cover multiple events during the same night. Should your event be the only one I am attending I will usually continue shooting and enjoy your event.
Any photos I shoot outside of the pre agreed terms I will usually upload myself to various websites including Facebook, Dontstayin.com/Mixmag & my own personal website. I will attach the photos to your event where I can, otherwise I can provide web ready, low res, watermarked versions for you to do yourself.

DJ & MC Promotional Shoots

The basic package I offer will get a shoot usually lasting around 2-4 hours.
I can book a studio which will be in Cardiff if you require it so you need to be prepared to travel.
Depending on the style you want, we will need to discuss possible locations to shoot in. Again, be prepared to travel.

You will be getting back 10 fully edited, hi-res images of your choosing after the shoot. These can be used for your own promotional marketing needs only. This includes press packs.
I include a single full Photoshop manipulation with this package. For this to happen we need to have a suitable shot in the first place. If I cannot complete this part or if it just doesn't suit you. I will add an additional 2 photos of your choice to the bundle.

The 'Live' package will include everything above but I will also come along to an event you are performing at and be your personal photographer for your live set. You will again get 10 fully edited images from this plus I will provide you with the rest of the live set photos, edited and web ready to upload. You may need to be able to provide guest list or some kind of permission to allow me to join you on the stage of course.

I am happy to negotiate cost and quantity with you to help suit your needs. I understand not everyone is made of money.

THE SMALL PRINT...

Sorry, but I do not cover weddings or do modelling portfolios. I can however make a recommendation to another photographer who can locally.

There is a minimum charge to initiate a shoot. I will also request an up-front non refundable deposit when a studio booking is required or a large amount of travel may be involved. This is deducted from the total cost upon payment.
This covers me should you decide not to show. The deposit will still be valid should this be for a genuine reason and you reschedule the shoot.

NOTE ABOUT GLAMOUR : Typical glamour shoots, usually involving nudity in a studio setting, are not something I undertake. I do however shoot in a more tasteful and fun manner when the images are to be submitted for publication or for competition. I will always decline when nudity is involved or if I feel that the results will be tasteless and trashy or my images will be used in a way that would bring the wrong type of attention in my direction. I reserve the right to decline requests from publishers to use my images where the original agreement of intended use has been broken.
